Are Red Gums Normal?

Red gums are not normal. Often red gums may not be noticed until other symptoms like swelling and red bleeding gums are also present. Red gums can be a sign of irritation, and can be caused by a few different sources but most often is caused by bacteria that may lead to a gum infection.
