Schools
There are 94 ECASU schools in the 10 ECASU regions:

1- Canada
2- Eastern New England (Greater Boston, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island)
3- Western New England (Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, and Vermont)
4- Upstate New York (New York state excluding the New York City metro region)
5- Metro New York (New York City, northern New Jersey, and Long Island)
6- Penn/Jersey/Delaware (Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware)
7- Mid-Atlantic Coast (District of Columbia, Maryland, Northern Virginia)
8- Virginias (Central and Southern Virginia and West Virginia)
9- Carolinas (North and South Carolina)
10- Southeast (Georgia, Florida)

Details on how ECASU works:

-For a small membership fee ($45), schools get discounted registration (around 20-30%) at ECASU conferences and a vote in all National decision-making including National Exec Board elections and conference bidding.  
-Each member school chooses an ECSAU Rep who exchanges info with the National Exec Board.
-The National Exec Board gathers and disseminates information from member schools and regional exec boards, works with the conference committees, and manages the day-to-day operations of ECASU.
-Each member school's organization selects a liason to represent it on the regional executive board. The regional exec boards provide activity planning, support, and communication within each region and with the National Exec Board.

Individuals

ECASU welcomes all students to join ECASU whether or not their schools are already member schools.
Membership is free and gives you info about conferences, speakers, forums, news, and other events of interest concerning Asian-Americans.
Also, our listservs are moderated so you WILL NOT be flooded with spam.
