ECASU

ECASU was found in the late 1970s to develop a vehicle to increase communication and provide mutual support to Asian American organizations across campus. ECASU has grown into a powerful forum and channel for Asian and Asian American issues and activism. Moreover, ECASU has helped campuses institute Asian American Weeks, increased Asian American student awareness and participation, coordinated investigations into college usage of quotas limiting Asian American admissions, established Asian American Studies programs, and combated racism; ECASU has consistently stood for the interests of Asian American students.
